新农科背景下农林经济管理专业建设质量提升的路径研究

摘　　要：新农科的系统性、脱耦性和嵌入性特征对农林经济管理专业发展提出了新的要求,新农科建设要求构建农业教育链、农业产业链和农业价值链"三链融合"的人才培养新模式。专业是人才培养的基本单元,涉农高校应根据人才培养的新模式,确定农林经济管理专业发展的新思路,并积极探索专业建设质量提升路径。基于"三链融合"做好专业发展的顶层设计,全面强化"双师型"教师队伍建设,加大课程体系改革力度,构建校内外一体的专业评估体系,建立有效的专业预警机制,最终实现农林经济管理专业建设质量的全面提升。The characteristics of systematization, decoupling and embeddedness of new agricultural science put forward new requirements for the development of agriculture and forestry economic management specialty.The construction of new agricultural science requires the construction of a new personnel training mode of “three chain integration” of agricultural education chain, agricultural industry chain and agricultural value chain.Specialty training is the basic unit of personnel training, agricultural colleges and universities should determine new ideas of the development of agriculture and forestry economic management specialty according to the new mode of personnel training.Managing top-level design of specialty development basing on “three chain integration”,this paper proposes to strengthen double qualified teacher group construction with comprehensive measures, puts for a greater effort on curriculum system reform, constructs on-and-off campus integration professional assessment system, sets up effective specialty warning mechanism, finally realizes comprehensive development of agriculture and forestry economic management specialty construction quality.
