摘 要:目的在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训教学过程中,使用将信息化教学和传统教学相结合的混合教学模式,比较其与传统教学模式的优劣,并探讨其应用价值。方法选取2019年1-12月在我院麻醉科工作的42名住院医师规范化培训(住培)医师,他们都是首次进入麻醉科进行学习,从未接受过麻醉临床和科研培训,随机将其分为对照组和混合教学模式组(n=21),对照组医师接受传统教学模式,混合组医师接受混合教学模式,观察每组医师的教学效果。结果对照组和混合教学模式组住培医师的基本情况(包括年龄、性别以及相对应的学习成绩等)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,混合教学模式组住培医师的麻醉临床和科研理论知识考核成绩、麻醉操作技能评分、住培医师的自我评价结果和对教学的满意度均显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉科住培医师教学过程中,相较于传统教学模式,混合教学模式的教学效果更好。Objective To explore the advantage and application value of blended learning mode in the standardized training and teaching process of anesthesiologists which combines information teaching with traditional teaching.Methods Forty two resident doctors who worked in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.All of them entered the Department of Anesthesiology for the first time and had never received anesthesia clinical and scientific research training.All the anesthesiologists were randomly divided into control group and blended learning mode group,with 21 cases in each group.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the blended learning mode group in the basic information(including age,gender and corresponding academic performance).Compared with the control group,the score of clinical and scientific knowledge of anesthesia,anesthesia operation skill score,self-evaluation results and teaching satisfaction of anesthesiologists in blended learning mode group were significantly higher.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the teaching of anesthesiologists,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the blended learning mode has a good effect and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical and scientific research teaching.
