摘 要:目的对于重症监护室护生带教工作中应用PBL结合CBL教学方法的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月我院重症监护室病房实习护生200人作为本文观察对象,利用随机数字表法将所选重症监护室病房实习护生进行分组,其中一组重症监护室病房实习护生接受常规护理带教模式,共计100人纳入对照组,剩余一组重症监护室病房实习护生接受PBL结合CBL护理带教模式,共计100人纳入研究组,对比两组重症监护室病房实习护生接受不同护理带教模式之后的带教效果。结果研究组与对照组重症监护室病房实习护生实习结束之后,客观题型、病例分析和总分对比差异明显;两组重症监护室病房实习护生对于护理带教模式的认可率对比差异明显。结论对于重症监护室病房实习护生开展护理带教工作中应用PBL结合CBL模式效果明显,能够显著提高护理带教质量,提升重症监护室病房实习护生满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in intensive care unit nursing teaching.Methods Between January 2019 and January 2020 in our intensive care ward nursing students 200 people as subjects,this paper using the method of random numbers table will be selected to the intensive care unit ward nurses group,one group of intensive care ward nursing students accept routine nursing teaching mode,a total of 100 people into the control group,the remaining a set of intensive care ward nursing students accept PBL combined with CBL nursing teaching mode,a total of 100 people into the team,compared two groups of intensive care ward nursing students accept different after nursing teaching mode and teaching effect.Results There were obvious differences between the study group and the control group in terms of objective questions,case analysis and total score after the practice.There was a significant difference in the recognition rate between the two groups of ICU interns for the nursing teaching mode.Conclusion The combination of PBL and CBL can significantly improve the quality of nursing care teaching and improve the satisfaction of students in intensive care unit.Therefore,it should be vigorously promoted and applied.
