摘  要:茶多酚是从茶叶及其废弃物中提取出来的多羟基酚类物质的复合物,由于其广泛的生物活性,除了用于医疗保健与食品加工行业,目前在环境治理方面也受到了一定的关注。为了更好地探究茶多酚在环境领域的价值,文章对茶多酚的组成进行了概述,对其主要特性包括对微生物活性的抑制作用、抗氧化性、吸附特性及促氧化性进行了介绍,并总结了其特性在环境治理方面包括饮用水消毒、处理工业废水及修复土壤污染方面的应用效果,最后提出展望,旨在为茶多酚在环境领域的研究开发和应用提供更多可能。Tea polyphenols are a complex polyphenols extracted from tea and its waste.Because of its wide range of biological activities,the tea polyphenols are widely used in medical care and food production,meanwhile it also shows a good environmental treatment potential.In order to exploit the further value of tea polyphenols in environmental field,this review summarizes the composition and the characteristics of tea polyphenols including inhibition of the microbial activity,antioxidant,adsorption characteristics and oxidation promoting properties,and the application effects of these characteristics in environmental treatment including drinking water disinfection,industrial waste water treatment and soil pollution remediation are also systematically introduced.In addition,the prospect is proposed in the end.This paper aims to provide more possibilities for the application of tea polyphenols on the environmental treatment.
