摘  要:为适应新工科人才培养体系建设的需要,教学团队建设势在必行。将学科内的科研项目引入探究式教学课堂,依托科研项目建设教学团队是一条有效、高效的途径。在“导航与室内外定位”课程教学实践中,辽宁工程大学测绘工程专业将基础性、前沿性、交叉性的科研项目与“导航与室内外定位”教学进行高度融合,组建了一支由多个科研项目支撑的教学团队。几年的教学实践证明:将科研项目融入教学,不仅增加了学生对课程的认识和兴趣,而且有利于教师更好地发掘学生的创新实践能力,实现了教研互长。In order to meet the construction requirements of talent training system under the new engineering,the teaching team building is imperative.It introduces scientific research projects within the subject into the inquiry teaching classroom.It is an effective and efficient way to build a teaching team based on scientific research projects.In the teaching practice of"Navigation and Indoor and Outdoor Positioning",School of Geomatics of Liaoning Engineering University highly integrates the research projects with teaching.The research projects are basic,frontier and interdisciplinary.It has built a teaching team supported by multiple scientific research projects.Several years′teaching practice has proved that integrating scientific research projects into teaching increases students′knowledge and interest.At the same time,it helps teachers to explore students'innovative practical ability.Finally,teaching and research benefit each other.
