摘  要:设计了SCARA四轴机器人教学实验平台。平台主要由四轴机器臂和机器视觉检测系统组成,在VS2015+Opencv3.0环境下进行保险片颜色检测,通过可编程控制机械臂实现自动化的保险片插接任务。实验表明,该平台有较高的运行速度和准确率,并且支持二次开发,可以满足学生对不同方法的探索。In order to meet the requirements of“new engineering”construction for personnel training,an SCARA robot teaching experiment platform is designed.The platform is mainly composed of a four-axis robot arm and a machine vision detection system.Under the environment of VS2015+Opencv3.0,the fuse color detection is carried out,and the automatic fuse inserting task is realized by programmable control of the mechanical arm.The platform also supports secondary development,which can satisfy students’exploration of different methods.Through the experimental training by the platform,students can comprehensively apply knowledge of different subjects and master the basics of digital image processing theories and methods,be able to independently program for digital image processing;better understand the theoretical knowledge of robots,master the basic operating capabilities of the robot arm.These lay a solid foundation for further in-depth study in the future.
