摘　　要：阐述了高校实验室安全管理模式的研究背景,分析了实验室安全管理模式构建的必要性,提出构建实验室安全管理模式应遵循的4个主要原则,即"以人为本""预防为主""高度协同"和"凸显特色",进而结合浙江理工大学实验室安全工作的具体实践,提出了包含一个目标、四项机制和八项举措等主要内容的"148"实验室安全管理模式,以期为高校实验室安全工作提供有益借鉴,推动高校实验室安全工作持续发展。Based on the research background elaboration of laboratory safety management mode in universities,the necessity of building the laboratory safety management mode was analyzed,then four main principles that should be followed for building the laboratory safety management mode were proposed,i.e.,people-oriented principle,prevention-dominated principle,highly collaborative principle and characteristics-highlighted principle.Thereafter,combined with the concrete practice of laboratory safety work in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University,the“148”laboratory safety management mode including the main contents of one target,four mechanisms and eight measures was put forward,which will provide some useful lessons for the laboratory safety work and promote the sustainable development of the laboratory safety work in universities.
