摘  要:香料化学与化妆品学是工科院校面向应用化学专业学生开设的一门专业课,该课程有利于高校培养高素质应用型人才。当前,香料化学与化妆品学课程尚不能适应时代需求,因此将PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法应用到该课程的翻转课堂以尝试进行教学改革。结果表明,此新型教学模式提高了学生对香料化学与化妆品学课程的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,拓宽了学生的专业知识面,为香料化学与化妆品学课程的进一步教学改革奠定了基础,并促进了工科院校高素质应用型人才的培养。Perfume Chemistry and Cosmetic course is one of the specialized courses for students majored in Applied Chemistry at engineering colleges.Remarkably,this course has a positive impact on the cultivation of qualified and practical talents for colleges and universities.However,currently,Perfume Chemistry and Cosmetic course couldn t meet the needs of the times.Hence,PBL(Problem-Based Learning)method was combined with the Flipped Classroom teaching mode in order to explore the teaching reform of Perfume Chemistry and Cosmetic course.The results indicated that the introduction of this novel teaching mode into Perfume Chemistry and Cosmetic course could stimulate students learning interests and independence abilities,broaden the scope of their professional knowledge,and lay foundation for the further teaching reform of this course.Furthermore,it could also promote the cultivation of qualified and practical talents for engineering colleges.
