摘  要:以一次蒸馏后黄酒糟为原料,添加安琪多粮酒曲和增香酒曲进行二次固态发酵。实验结果表明,辅以安琪多粮酒曲进行固态发酵,能很好地对酒糟中淀粉进行利用,二次固态发酵所得糟烧白酒湿基出酒率达12.1%,干基出酒率达21.5%。The spent grains of Huangjiu after one distillation were used as raw materials for secondary solid-state fermentation by add-ing Angel multi-grain starter and flavoring starter.The results showed that the method could make good use of the starch in the spent grains.The liquor yield by distillation of the spent grains after the secondary solid-state fermentation was 12.1% by wet material,or 21.5% by dry material.
