在大健康背景下对云南省高职药学专业人才培养的思考--基于药学专业毕业生就业情况分析

摘　　要：高职院校学生就业质量是反映高职院校人才培养质量的重要指标。为有效提升高职药学专业群人才培养质量,通过问卷调查的方法,对云南省药学专业群毕业生的就业情况进行调查和分析,以考察当前药学人才培养体系与就业岗位需求的差距,为云南省高职院校药学专业群人才培养方案的修订提供参考。调查结果显示,高职药学专业群毕业生主要从事药学服务相关岗位工作。高职药学专业群人才的培养应加强面向药学服务相关岗位技能训练,促进课堂教学与工作岗位的有效对接,加强药学服务师资队伍建设、实施差异化教学等措施,提高高职药学专业群学生就业质量,更好地服务于健康中国及云南生物医药大健康产业。The important index to reflect the quality of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges is the employment quality of students.In order to improve the quality of personal training effectively.The researchers made a diagnosis of the employment situation of graduates in pharmacy in Yunnan by questionnaire to find the gap between the current system of training talents in pharmacy and the demand for employment.As well as to provide the reference for the revision of the talent training program in higher vocational colleges.The results show that the graduates in pharmacy are mainly engaged in pharmaceutical care.This paper suggests that in the higher vocational pharmaceutical professional group of talent training,we should strengthen pharmaceutical care related skills training,promote effective link of classroom teaching and job,strengthen the construction of pharmaceutical care teachers,implement differentiation teaching measures,and improve the quality of higher vocational pharmaceutical professional group of students employment so as to better serve healthy and Yunnan biomedical health industry in China.
