锡林浩特地区市售生鲜马乳中β-内酰胺酶的调查检测

摘　　要：为了调查锡林浩特地区市售生鲜马乳中是否含有β-内酰胺酶,本文采用中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《SN/T 3979—2014乳及乳制品中β-内酰胺酶的测定方法杯碟法》标准检测生鲜马乳样品中的β-内酰胺酶。结果表明28份生鲜马乳样品中均未检出β-内酰胺酶。调查结果论是锡林浩特地区市售生鲜马乳中并无人为添加β-内酰胺酶情况,风险等级低。In order to investigate whether there is theβ-lactamase in fresh horse milk in Xilinhot.The determination method forβ-lactamase in the Standard of SN/T 3979—2014 milk and dairy products,promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China was used to detect theβ-lactamase in fresh horse milk samples.The results showed that noβ-lactamase was detected in 28 rfresh horse milk samples.It could be concluded that there was no artificial addition of theβ-lactamase in fresh horse milk in Xilinhot area,and the risk leve was low.
