摘  要:目的探讨宫颈癌组织中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)表达与临床病理因素及预后的关系。方法选取苏州大学附属常州老年病医院及苏州大学附属第二医院2016年1月至2018年10月收治的130例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,检测所有患者手术切除癌组织及癌旁组织HMGB1蛋白表达情况。对比癌组织和癌旁组织中HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率,分析宫颈癌组织中HMGB1表达与临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果癌组织中HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P <0.05);临床ⅡA期、有淋巴结转移、低分化患者、肌层浸润深度>1/2的患者的癌组织中HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率分别高于临床ⅠB1期~ⅠB2期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化患者、肌层浸润深度≤1/2的患者(P <0.05);HMGB1蛋白阳性表达患者与HMGB1蛋白阴性表达患者存活率曲线比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,HMGB1表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移情况、分化程度、肌层浸润深度密切相关,且HMGB1阳性表达者预后不良发生风险高。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1) in cervical cancer tissues with the clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods A total of 130 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. The expression of HMGB1 protein in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of all patients were detected and the positive expression rate were compared. The relationship between HMGB1 expression in cervical cancer tissues and clinicopathological factors and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HMGB1 protein in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of HMGB1 protein in the cancer tissues of patients with clinical stage ⅡA, lymph node metastasis, poorly differentiated, and muscle invasion depth > 1/2 were higher than those of clinical stage ⅠB1~ⅠB2, no lymph node metastasis, moderately well differentiated, muscle layer infiltration depth ≤ 1/2(P < 0.05). The survival rate curves of patients with positive expression of HMGB1 protein and those with negative expression of HMGB1 protein were significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusions The positive expression rate of HMGB1 protein in cervical cancer tissue is higher than that in adjacent tissues. The expression of HMGB1 is closely related to clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, degree of differentiation, and depth of myometrial invasion. HMGB1 positive patients have a high risk of poor prognosis.
