摘　　要：药物化学实验具有综合性和应用性强的特点,目前其教学实践多采用验证性实验,难以满足当前本科人才培养需要。选择上市新药富马酸二甲酯进行自主设计性实验教学,设定文献查阅、方案设计、实验操作、产品质量初步评价和分析讨论等教学环节,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,提高对学生综合实验技能和实践能力的培养,启发学生的科学思维和创新意识。The medicinal chemistry experiment is featured by high comprehensiveness and practicality.At present,its teaching practice mostly adopts confirmatory experiments,which can not meet the current needs of undergraduate talent training.This study selects the newly approved drug dimethyl fumarate for self-designed experimental teaching,and sets up teaching steps including literature review,scheme design,experimental operation,preliminary product quality evaluation,analysis and discussion,etc.,to stimulate students’learning interest and autonomy,improve students’interest in learning,cultivate students’comprehensive experimental skills and practical ability,and inspire students’scientific thinking and innovative consciousness.
