摘 要:目的探讨在老年护理教学中实施标准化病人情境教学对于护生能力的影响。方法选取该院2019年1—8月60名采取传统教学的老年护理专业学生为参照组,选取2020年1—10月60名采取标准化病人情境教学的老年护理专业学生作为研究组,比较护生理论成绩与临床应对能力。结果研究组与参照组护生理论成绩分别为(80.26±6.33)分、(79.48±7.02)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护生实践操作成绩以及临床应对能力评分分别为(79.25±6.28)分、(81.05±5.48)分,明显高于参照组(72.44±7.33)分、(77.26±6.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化病人情境教学在老年护理教学中的应用可显著提高护生实践操作能力以及临床应对能力,使其更好地适应今后临床护理发展的需要。Objective To explore the impact of standardized patient situation teaching in elderly nursing teaching on the ability of nursing students.Methods From January to August 2019,60 elderly nursing students who adopted traditional teaching in the hospital were selected as the reference group,and 60 elderly nursing students who adopted standardized patient context teaching from January to October 2020 were selected as the study group,compeared the theoretical performance and clinical coping ability of nursing students.Results The theoretical scores of nursing students in the study group and the reference group were(80.26±6.33)points and(79.48±7.02)points,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nursing students in the study group had scores of practical operation and clinical coping ability of(79.25±6.28)points and(81.05±5.48)points were significantly higher than those of the reference group(72.44±7.33)points and(77.26±6.01)points respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized patient situation teaching in elderly nursing teaching can significantly improve the practical operation ability and clinical response ability of nursing students,so that they can better meet the needs of future clinical nursing development.
