摘 要:家长学校作为家庭教育指导服务体系的重要组成部分,是家庭、学校和社会协同育人的重要载体。家长学校的规范化运行对提高家长教育素质、重塑家长教育权利、推动家庭教育专业化、共建协同育人共同体具有重要意义。当前,我国家长学校运行过程中存在着家长地位边缘化、师资队伍业余化、课程供给错位化、制度保障短缺化等问题。新时代家长学校治理应以学生为纽带共建跨界联盟,以家长为中心建设课程体系,以职业为导向培养师资团队,以保障为目的完善政策供给。Parent-school is an important part of the family education guidance service system,and is an important carrier to implement the cooperative education of family,school and society.The orderly operation of parent-schools is of great significance to improving the educational quality of parents,reshaping the educational rights of parents,promoting the specialization of family education and building a cooperative education community.From the perspective of governance,it is found that there are some problems in the operation of parent schools,such as the marginal governance body,the mismatch of curriculum supply,the amateurism of teachers and the lack of institutional guarantee.Parent-school governance should take students as the link to build a cross-boundary education alliance,take parents as the center to build a curriculum system,take career as the orientation to train teachers,and improve policy supply for the purpose of guarantee.
