摘  要:目的观察新疆克州地区维吾尔族人群骨密度和膳食硫摄入、血清硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H_(2)S)的关系。方法选取2017年11月至2019年11月新疆阿图什市人民医院172名维吾尔族体检人员,收集一般资料,采用既往食物频数问卷(food frequency questionnaire,FFQ)调查,离子色谱法测定食物硫含量,酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定血清H 2S水平,应用超声骨密度仪测定跟骨骨量。结果根据骨量测量结果将人群分为骨量正常组和骨量减少组,骨量正常组的年龄小于骨量减少组[(57.96±8.22)岁vs.(60.84±7.95)岁,P<0.05],每周膳食硫摄入量高于骨量减少组[3202.60(2918.55,3559.50)mg/周vs.2941.92(2389.05,3243.36)mg/周,P<0.001],血清H 2S水平低于骨量减少组[2.96(1.97,3.98)pg/mL vs.6.21(2.82,10.40)pg/mL,P<0.001]。相关分析发现宽带超声衰减(broadband ultrasound attenuation,BUA)与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.252,P=0.001),与每周膳食硫摄入量呈正相关(r=0.225,P=0.003)。多元回归分析结果提示年龄和每周膳食硫摄入量是影响BUA的因素,其中呈负相关的因素为年龄(β=-0.283,P=0.000),呈正相关的因素为每周膳食硫摄入量(β=0.251,P=0.001)。结论膳食硫摄入与骨密度相关,可能具有骨保护作用。Objective To observe the relationship between bone mass(BM) and both dietary sulfur intake and serum hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)) among Uyghur people in Kezhou,Xinjiang.Methods A total of 172 Uyghur medical examiners from Xinjiang Atushi People’s Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected to collect general data.The food frequency questionnaire(FFQ) survey was used to determine the sulfur content of food by ion chromatography.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure serum H_(2) levels and an ultrasonic bone scanner was used to determine calcaneal BM.Results According to the results of BM,the population was divided into normal bone mass group and osteopenia group.The age of the normal bone mass group was less than that of the osteopenia group [(57.96±8.22) years vs.(60.84±7.95) years,P<0.05],the weekly dietary sulfur intake was higher than the osteopenia group[3 202.60(2 918.55,3 559.50) mg/week vs.2 941.92(2389.05,3 243.36) mg/week,P < 0.001],and the serum H_(2) level was lower than the osteopenia group [2.96(1.97,3.98) pg/m L vs.6.21(2.82,10.40) pg/m L,P<0.001].Correlation analysis found that the ultrasound amplitude attenuation(BUA) was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.252,P= 0.001) and positively correlated with weekly dietary sulfur intake(r= 0.225,P= 0.003).Multiple regression analysis showed that age and weekly dietary sulfur intake were the factors affecting BUA,with a negative correlation for age(β =-0.283,P = 0.000) and a positive correlation for the weekly dietary sulfur intake(β = 0.251,P =0.001).Conclusion Dietary sulfur intake is related to BM and may help to maintain it.
