建构主义视角下高校管理学教育教改思路探讨

摘　　要：本文基于我国高校管理学教育中存在的不足,结合建构主义学习理论,提出管理学教育改革方向:创新教学理念、加强理论与实践相结合、发扬传统优秀管理思想、坚持以学生为核心的教育模式,并给出具体的改革措施,推动我国高校管理学教育高质量可持续性发展。Based on the shortcomings in management education in my country’s universities,combined with constructivist learning theory,this article proposes the direction of management education reform:innovative teaching concepts,strengthening the combination of theory and practice,carrying forward traditional excellent management ideas,and insisting on student-centered education models.At the end of the article,specific reform measures are given to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of management education in my country’s universities.
