摘 要:为分析不同浓度ABT生根粉对西藏墨脱县引种的3个茶树品种扦插生根的影响,本研究以西藏墨脱县农业局引种的3种茶树良种(‘福鼎大白’(FDDB),‘名山特早212’(MSTZ)和‘名毫131’(MH))为研究对象,设置4种浓度ABT溶液(50, 100, 150, 200 mg/L)和清水为对照,浸泡3个茶树品种插穗后进行扦插,63 d后通过测定插穗下切口愈合比率、膨大比率、腐烂比率及生根比率、平均生根条数、平均根长、平均最大根长等指标,采用隶属函数值法评价其对3个茶树品种生根的影响。结果表明FDDB和MH在ABT浓度为100 mg/L时插穗切口愈合比率和膨大比率最高,而腐烂比率最低,其平均生根条数、平均根长、平均最大根长均达到最大值。MSTZ在ABT浓度为150 mg/L时插穗切口愈合比率、膨大比率和生根比例、根系生长指标均最高,而腐烂比率最低。FDDB和MH插穗生根的隶属函数值排名结果均为:100 mg/L>150 mg/L>200 mg/L>50 mg/L>对照,而MSTZ排名结果为:150 mg/L>200 mg/L>100 mg/L>50 mg/L>对照。总体上,100 mg/L的ABT溶液对FDDB和MH插穗生根效果最好,而150 mg/L的ABT溶液对MSTZ扦插效果最好。本研究结果可为高原山地茶树种苗培育提供技术支持,缓解当地茶苗短缺现状。In order to analyze the influence of different concentration ABT on the cuttings and rooting of three tea varieties in Motuo County, Tibet Autonomous Region. Three tea varieties, ’Fudingdabai’(FDDB), ’Mingshantezao212’(MSTZ) and ’Minghao 131’(MH), were chosen as research objects, which were introduced by the Agriculture Bureau of Motuo County, Tibet Autonomous Region. Their cuttings were soaked with different concentrations of ABT(50, 100, 150, 200 mg/L) and clean water(CK), and then were used for cutting tests. After 63 d growth of cuttings, their rooting ability was analyzed. According to measuring the indexes of the cuttings development, such as healing ratio, swelling ratio, rotting ratio, rooting ratio, average number of root strips, average root length,average maximum root length, and so on, to calculate the membership function values of cuttings development.FDDB and MH had the highest wound healing ratio and swelling ratio with the treatment of 100 mg/L ABT solution, while their decay ratio was the lowest. Simultaneously, both root development indexes, such as the average number of roots, the average root length and the average maximum root length all reached the maximum.MSTZ had the highest values of wound healing ratio, swelling ratio, rooting ratio and root growth indexes with the treatment of the 150 mg/L ABT solution, while the rot ratio was the lowest. The ranking results of membership function values of effect on the cuttings rooting of FDDB and MH with different concentrations of ABT were as follows: 100 mg/L>150 mg/L>200 mg/L>50 mg/L>CK. Meanwhile, the ranking results of membership function values of MSTZ were as follows: 150 mg/L>200 mg/L>100 mg/L>50 mg/L>CK. As a whole, the treatment of cuttings soaked with 100 mg/L ABT solution was suitable for their growth of FDDB and MH, while 150 mg/L ABT solution was suitable for MSTZ.
