摘 要:通过对吉林省"国培计划"(2015-2020)农村语文教师培训项目进行调查,发现省级管理部门、培训单位、区县进修院校、中小学校、参训教师等几个方面存在的问题,制约着农村语文教师的专业发展。为破解桎梏,省级管理部门应做好顶层设计,构建科学的绩效评估体系;培训单位应按需施训,分层分类设计培训内容;区县进修学校应合理分配学员参训名额,加强培训能力建设;参训教师应树立终身学习的意识,提升自我发展能力,多方合力,促进农村语文教师专业发展。By investigating the implementation of the"National Training Program"(2015-2020)in Jilin Province,it is found that some factors in the training of rural Chinese teachers in Jilin Province,restrict their professional development,such as the provincial management department,the training unit,the district and county continuing education schools,the primary and middle schools,and the teachers themselves.In order to improve the professional development of rural Chinese teachers,relevant measures should be taken,such as constructing the performance evaluation system,strengthen the training investigation,designing the training contents in a hierarchical and classified way,allocating the training quota reasonably and strengthen the training team construction.Teachers should also strengthen their consciousness of training,set up the correct value orientation,and enhance self-professional ability.
