摘  要:轮对组成是高速动车组转向架系统最重要的部件之一,其健康状态决定了动车组的运行安全。目前动车组镟修、动态检测、车次交路及运行里程等轮对管理信息系统独立运行,难以通过信息的融合对轮对的状态进行监测和故障预测。文章通过构建轮对动态监测体系,融合各轮对管理信息系统数据,动态监测轮对的参数变化,并通过对流数据趋势的挖掘以及数据的融合实现故障预测。应用实例验证,基于数据对比的趋势判断和数据融合的信息挖掘,能够及时有效发现故障和异常,实现高速动车组轮对的故障预测与健康管理。Wheelset is one of the most important components of high speed EMU bogie system,and its health determines the safety of EMUs.At present,wheelset management information systems for EMU repair,dynamic detection,train information and operating mileage run independently,and it is difficult to monitor the state of wheelset and predict failures through the integration of information.In this paper,a wheelset dynamic monitoring system is constructed,which integrates the data of each wheelset management information system,dynamically monitors the parameter changes of wheelset,and can realize fault prediction through mining of flow data trend and data fusion.Case studies show that trend judgment based on data comparison and information mining based on data fusion can find faults and anomalies timely and effectively,and realize fault prediction and health management of high speed EMU wheelset.
