摘  要:高等院校中的历史学专业受到学科性质和社会需求等方面的影响,毕业生就业的路径相对偏窄,而属于基础教育类别的历史教师逐渐成为“师范类”历史系毕业生的主要就业岗位,进而对广大“非师范类”院校历史专业的发展构成严峻挑战。公共史学课程的设置成为突破高等院校历史学科建设瓶颈的有效路径,不仅有助于提升历史专业学生的专业素养,协调理论教育与实践培养的逻辑关系,而且有利于拓宽历史系毕业生的就业渠道,促进专业建设与市场需求的良性循环。公共史学课程的建设要求高等院校重塑专业培养的目标定位,构建以市场和公众需求为主导的人才培养模式,充分结合国家教育部关于新时代“新文科”建设和实践课程发展的政策要求,利用综合性院校的学科多样化优势,注重历史学与经济学、考古学、文学、政治学等学科的内在联系,加强以服务公众为目标的人才培养模式。History majors in colleges and universities are affected by the nature of the subject and social needs,and the path for students to find employment is relatively narrow,which poses a severe challenge for the majority of the development of history majors in non-teacher colleges.The establishment of public history courses has become an effective way to break through the bottleneck in the construction of history disciplines in colleges and universities.It not only helps to improve the professional quality of history students,coordinates the logical relationship between theoretical education and practical training,but also helps to broaden the employment of history graduates.The construction of public history courses requires colleges and universities to reshape the target positioning of professional training,build a talent training model led by the market and the needs of the people,and fully integrate the policy requirements of the Ministry of Education on the construction of new liberal arts in the new era and the development of practical courses,make use of the diversified advantages of comprehensive colleges and universities,pay attention to the internal connections between history and economics,archaeology,literature,political science and other disciplines,and strengthen the talent training model with the goal of serving the public.
