摘 要:目前普遍承认PBL在医学生职业胜任力培养方面具有优势,但又普遍认为在省属医学院校推广PBL理念和PBL模式存在困难。该校为提高教学质量,提升医学本科毕业生的职业胜任力,组建了临床医学教改班,进行器官系统整合课程的探索,并把PBL理念贯彻到教学中去。当前设置PBL课程,扩大教研成果受惠面;加强教学评价,以评促建,以评促教;组建案例编撰团队,基础教师与临床医师协力创作,确保案例质量;规范师资培训,严控准入资格,多重措施下,远期教学效果明显。At present,it is generally acknowledged that PBL has advantages in professional competence training of medical students,and it is generally considered that there are difficulties in promoting PBL concept and PBL model in provincial medical colleges.In order to improve teaching quality and enhance the professional competence of medical graduates,the clinical medicine teaching reform class of BZMU was set up,and was put into trial use of medical course integrated teaching based on organ-system.In the teaching of these courses,PBL mode is applied.Currently,PBL courses are set up to expand the beneficiaries of teaching and research achievements.Teaching evaluation is strengthened to promote construction and teaching.A case writing team is set up,and medical teachers and clinicians work together to ensure the quality.Teacher training is standardized,and inclusion qualifications are strictly controlled.With multiple measures,long-term teaching effect is obvious.
