摘 要:学科建设已成为我国高校和科研单位一项重要的长期工作。为科学评价学科建设绩效,文中以我国林业工程学科2017年12月的截面数据为基础,采用回归分析和相关分析的方法,研究学科建设指标对成果产出指标的影响,并探讨学科建设过程对成果产出的影响机制。研究结果表明:学术活动、课程建设、教师队伍、研究生队伍等对成果产出总量具正向影响,课程建设和研究生队伍对产出效率有正向影响;各项建设工作之间存在协同关系,科研平台和人才培养平台对成果产出的影响具有间接性。Discipline development has become an important work of universities and scientific research institutions in China.In order to evaluate the performance of discipline development in a science-based way,this paper uses regression analysis&correlation analysis method to study the impact of discipline development indicators on the indicators of achievement and output based on the cross-sectional data of forestry engineering discipline by December 2017,and discusses the impact mechanism.It is indicated that academic activities,curriculum construction,teacher team and graduate group have a positive impact on the total output,while curriculum construction and graduate group have a positive impact on the output efficiency.There is a complex collaborative relationship among the construction indicators.The construction of scientific research platform and talent training platform has indirect influence on the achievements and outputs.
