摘 要:目的:探讨虚拟仿真技术联合情境教学法在手术室护生带教中的应用效果,培养高素质的临床应用型人才,提高临床教学效果。方法:选取2016级四年制本科护理学实习的学生50名,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统教学法;试验组采用情景教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组学生理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对教学的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床教学中采用情景教学法,使学生由被动学习变为主动学习,在改进教师角色的同时,有利于学生学习知识、能力、素质的提高。Objective:To train high-quality clinical application talents and improve clinical teaching effects.Method:A total of 50 four-year undergraduate nursing practice students from the 2016 grade were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching method.The experimental group adopted situational teaching method.We compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical examination and operational examination of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of the experimental group students with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The situational teaching method is adopted in clinical teaching to make students change from passive learning to active learning.While improving the role of teachers,it is beneficial to the improvement of students'knowledge,ability and quality.
