摘  要:国有科技型企业最典型的内部组织就是知识团队。为了同时满足知识团队成员个人的薪酬分配满意度和事业成长获得感,国有科技型企业应该积极发挥党建工作引领作用、充分利用科技创新管理政策、合理配置知识团队人力资源、持续加强绩效管理体系建设和不断促进内部组织协同合作。The most typical internal organization of state-owned science and technology enterprises is knowledge team.In order to meet the satisfaction of individual salary distribution and career growth of knowledge team members at the same time,state-owned science and technology enterprises should actively play the leading role of Party construction,make full use of scientific and technological innovation management policies,reasonably allocate human resources of knowledge team,continuously strengthen the construction of performance management system and continuously promote internal organization cooperation.
