构建全球人才高地与大学后继续教育创新发展

摘　　要：本文在阐明人才高地基础上,论述了全球人才高地的意涵和特征,尤其对全球人才高地的核心要素--国际化创新型人才的素质作了系统的阐述。同时,论述了大学后继续教育的内涵、性质和特点,以及与全球人才高地构建有着内在的紧密关联,特别在当今世界,中美之间崛起与反崛起之间竞争与对抗为中心的大变局背景下尤为如此,全球人才高地构建对大学后继续教育提出了新的更高要求。全文最后就大学后继续教育创新发展作了战略思考,提出要以爱国主义精神为灵魂,以人才的创新能力和国际化素质的开发为主旋律,进一步深化教育教学体制机制改革,创新教育教学模式,高质量培养国际化创新型人才,为中国构建全球人才高地奠定坚实的人才基础。On the basis of clarifying the talent highland,this article discusses the meaning and characteristics of the global talent highland,especially the core elements of the global talent highland-the quality of international innovative talents.At the same time,it discusses the connotation,nature and characteristics of post-university continuing education,as well as its intrinsic close connection with the construction of global talent highlands.Especially in today's world,the major changes centered on competition and confrontation between the rise and anti-rise between China and the United States,which is especially true in the context.The construction of a global talent highland puts forward new and higher requirements for post-university continuing education.The full text finally made strategic reflections on the innovation and development of continuing education after university,and proposed that the spirit of patriotism should be the soul,the development of talents'innovative ability and international quality should be the main theme,and the reform of education and teaching systems and mechanisms should be further deepened,and education and teaching models should be innovated.High-quality training of international and innovative talents will lay a solid talent foundation for China to build a global talent pool.
