郑州某高职院校学生健康危险行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解高职学生健康危险行为的现状和特点,为开展针对性防止工作提供依据。方法将美国疾病控制中心“青年健康危险行为监测问卷”修改后,采用随机整群抽样方法抽取某高职院校一年级学生1019名匿名调查。结果周至少一天20 min剧烈活动、周至少一天60 min体育活动的报告率分别为55.0%、34.7%,体质量指数(BMI)过轻者占39.2%。一周内不吃早饭3次以上占31.0%,共用洗脸/脚盆、洗脸/脚水、洗脸/脚毛巾的比率分别为50.5%、28.2%、35.0%。交通违规、服用镇静催眠药、吸烟、饮酒、性行为的比率男生均高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职学生普遍缺乏体育锻炼,部分学生卫生习惯不良、饮食不合理、不规律,对高职学生开展有效的健康教育应成为高职教育中极其重要的一项内容。Objective To understand the current situation and characteristics of health risk behaviors of higher vocational students to provide the basis for prevention.Methods An anonymous questionnaire modified from Youth Risk Behavior Survey of US CDC was conducted among 1019 students from a high vocational college using random cluster sampling.Results The reporting rate of high vocational students doing vigorous physical activity for 20 minutes at least once a week and doing sports for 60 minutes at least once a week is 55.0%and 34.7%respectively,and the percentage of students'BMI for underweight is 39.2%.The report rate of skipping breakfast more than 3 times in a week was 31.0%,and the report rate of sharing face/foot basin,face/foot water and face/foot towel were 50.5%,28.2%and 35.0%,respectively.The reporting rate of traffic violations,sedative and hypnotic use,smoking,drinking,sexual behavior in male students is higher than female students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The students of high vocational college are generally lack of physical exercise,and some of them have bad hygiene habits,poor diet or irregular diet.It should be a crucial content to carry out effective health education for higher vocational students.
