西部高校服务“一带一路”倡议现状及对策研究——基于西部8省(区)34所高校1149名教师调查数据的统计分析

摘　　要：西部地区在“一带一路”建设中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,服务“一带一路”倡议是西部高校应承担的神圣责任和光荣使命,西部高校理应而且也能够在“一带一路”建设中大有作为。在对西部8省(区)34所高校1149名教师调查数据分析后发现,当前西部高校服务“一带一路”倡议中存在教师对西部高校服务“一带一路”倡议的价值和意义认同感较高与西部高校服务“一带一路”倡议的总体水平较低之间的矛盾和冲突,具体表现在人才培养、科学研究、成果转化、文化交流和合作办学等方面服务“一带一路”倡议的深度和广度都存在欠缺和不足。因此从政府、西部高校自身和社会三个维度提出提升西部高校服务“一带一路”倡议水平的对策与建议。In view of the irreplaceable and important role played by the western region in the construction of the“Belt and Road”,serving the“Belt and Road”initiative is a sacred responsibility and glorious mission that colleges and universities in the west should undertake.Colleges and universities in the west should and can do a lot in the construction of the“Belt and Road”.After analyzing the survey data of 1,149 teachers from 34 universities in 8 western provinces(regions),this paper found that in the process of western universities serving the“Belt and Road”initiative,there is a contradiction between teachers’high recognition of the value and significance of western universities serving the“Belt and Road”initiative and the low overall level of colleges and universities in the west serving the“Belt and Road”initiative.Specifically,there are deficiencies and deficiencies in the depth and breadth of serving the“Belt and Road”initiative in terms of talent training,scientific research,achievement transformation,cultural exchanges,and cooperation in running schools.In view of this,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of service of the“Belt and Road”initiative by colleges and universities in the west from the three dimensions of the government,the colleges and universities in the west themselves and the society.
