口腔数字化技术在口腔修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究口腔数字化技术在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月在南京市中医院接受口腔修复的84例牙齿过度磨耗或牙体缺损患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。为对照组患者采用传统的口腔修复方法进行治疗,为观察组患者采用口腔数字化技术制作的修复体进行口腔修复治疗。然后对比两组患者的修复效果、不良反应的发生情况和对口腔修复的满意度(包括修复流程的评分、修复效果的评分、修复体匹配程度的评分、预后质量的评分和口腔舒适度的评分)。结果:观察组患者修复的总有效率高于对照组患者,修复后其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者,其修复流程的评分、修复效果的评分、修复体匹配程度的评分、预后质量的评分、口腔舒适度的评分均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔数字化技术在口腔修复中的应用效果较好,可提高患者对口腔修复的满意度,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of oral digitization technology in oral prosthodontics.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,84 patients with excessive tooth attrition or tooth defects who received oral repair in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional oral repair methods,and patients in the observation group were treated with prostheses made by oral digital technology.Then,the repair effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of oral repair were compared between the two groups(including the score of the repair process,the score of the repair effect,the score of the matching degree of the prosthesis,the score of the quality of prognosis and the score of oral comfort).Results:the total effective rate of observation group of patients to repair is higher than the control group of patients,the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group patients after repair,the ratings of repair process,repair effect of the grading,restoration matching degree of grading and prognosis of quality grade,oral comfort score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of oral digitization technology in oral prosthodontics has a good effect,can improve the satisfaction of patients with oral prosthodontics,and high safety.
