摘 要:针对中高速情况下,永磁同步电机滑模观测器无位置传感器控制系统容易出现抖振的问题,提出了采用在零点处连续的切换控制函数代替在零点处不连续的切换控制函数,并结合趋近律控制的改进方法。以电机的相电流和相电压为输入量,转速和转子位置角度为输出量,重新建立滑模观测器并推出经改进后的滑模观测器算法。选取表贴式永磁同步电动机,采用速度和电流的双闭环磁场定向矢量控制方法进行仿真、实验。通过对比改进前后的滑模观测器实验数据及结果得出:单独采用在零点处连续的切换控制函数或单独采用趋近律控制方法,均可减小传统滑模观测器出现的抖振现象;将两种控制方法相结合还能进一步减小抖振,提高算法的估计精度,使电机的估计转速、估计转子位置角度更加接近实际值。In order to solve the chattering problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor sliding mode observer sensorless control system at medium and high speed,an improvement method of using continuous switching control function at zero to replace discontinuous switching control function at zero is proposed,which is combined with approach law control.Taking the phase current and phase voltage of the motor as the input and the speed and rotor position angle as the output,the sliding mode observer was reconstructed and the improved sliding mode observer algorithm is obtained.The surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor was selected,and the double closed-loop field oriented vector control method of speed and current was used for simulation and experiment.By comparing the experimental data and results of the improved sliding mode observer,it is concluded that the chattering phenomenon of the traditional sliding mode observer can be reduced by using the continuous switching control function at the zero point or the approach law control method alone.The combination of the two control methods can further reduce the chattering,improve the estimation accuracy of the algorithm,and make the estimated speed and estimated rotor position angle of the motor closer to the actual value.
