摘 要:文章通过调研岳阳地区社区居民英语教育现状,了解社区青少年、中青年、老年人三类人群对学业提升、休闲娱乐、早教育儿、职场沟通、文化交流五个方面的英语学习需求。同时,为了满足社区居民对于英语学习的不同需求,采取了丰富学习内容、寻求多种学习方式、灵活安排学习时间、多方收集整理学习评价等举措,达到提高社区居民学习英语兴趣、牢固树立终身学习理念、促进全民共同进步的目标。By investigating the English learning situation of community residents in Yueyang,we can understand the learning needs of academic improvement,leisure recreation,early education,workplace communication and cultural exchange from the three types people of teenagers,young and middle-aged people and elderly people.At the same time,in order to meet the different needs of community residents for English learning,this paper puts forward some measures including enriching the learning content,seeking a variety of learning methods,arranging learning time flexibly,collecting and sorting out learning evaluation,to improve the interest of community residents in learning English,firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning,and promote the common progress of the whole people.
