摘　　要：医学教育信息化建设是中国医学教育教学改革的重要内容和内涵所需,对医学高等教育的发展具有推动作用。现行的临床实践教学信息化建设具有易获取、易更新、易管理、可重复再用、满足学习者个性化需求的优势,但无法突出自主学习的过程,难以调动学生学习积极性。本研究探讨了基于典型病例的临床实践教学云平台建设流程和评估体系,以期充分利用信息化技术推进临床实践教学质量的提升。The informatics development for medical education is an important content and connotation of medical education teaching reform in China.It has a role in promoting the development of medical higher education.The current informatics development for clinical skill training has the strengthens like easy to construct,to update and to manage.This technology is reusable and meets the individual needs of learners,but the weakness is fail to highlight the process of autonomous learning and difficult to mobilize learners'enthusiasm.This study discusses the construction process and evaluation system of a typical cased based cloud platform for the training of clinical skills,in order to make full use of informatics technology to promote the quality of clinical practice training.
