高职院校文化育人的重要性、内涵及路径探析

摘　　要：为探究新时代高职院校落实国家教育方针,培养"德智体美劳"全面发展人才,实现"以技立身,以文化人"的教育目标,通过文献研究法、现象分析法,综合运用思想政治教育学、文化学、社会学等学科知识,对文化育人的重要性、内涵及可行路径等进行较深入和全面的研究;提出高职院校文化育人既要注重宏观层面的要求,更要注重具体可行的要求,在内容和方法路径上要结合高职院校的具体情况进行取舍和选择。文化育人功能的发挥是一项系统工程,必须调动各种手段和方法,落实到人才培养的各个环节。In order to explore the implementation of the national education policy in higher vocational colleges in the new era, to cultivate talents for the comprehensive development of "ethics, intelligence, physical education, art and labor", and to achieve the educational goal of "relying on technology and educating people", this article discusses the importance of cultural education, connotation and feasible paths, etc., believes that the cultural education of vocational colleges is very important, but we should pay attention to the choice of content and the choice of method and path as well. The skilled talents are cultivated in vocational colleges, whose foundation of future employment is the mastery of skills for students;however, while emphasizing the cultivation of professional skills, the cultural quality education as well as the ideological and moral training should be run through the school education process. We’d like to choose and take measures to adopt flexible and diverse methods to integrate cultural education ideas, cultivate comprehensive quality talents that meet the needs of the country and society, and achieve the goals of vocational education and talent training.
