摘  要:目的调查北京某公立医院新入职医生感知医院履责状况和职业精神行为状况,并探究二者关系。方法2021年1月,采取整群抽样对北京某公立医院2017—2020年期间166名新入职医生进行问卷调查。结果新入职医生职业精神行为评价整体良好。不同特征青年医师职业精神行为状况总分无差异。医院"理念责任"履责评分与青年医师职业精神行为评分显著正相关。结论新入职医生职业精神行为状况整体良好,但在奉献精神方面仍有上升空间。提升医院理念责任履责程度有助于增强新入职医生职业精神。Objective To survey the implementation of hospital responsibilities perceived by young doctors and their medical professionalism in a public hospital in Beijing and explore their relationships. Methods In January 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 166 young doctors who newly enrolled a public hospital in Beijing from2017 to 2020 using cluster sampling method. Results The overall evaluation of young doctors’ professional psychic behavior was relatively good. There was no difference in the total score of medical professionalism of young doctors with different characteristics and there was a significant positive correlation between the fulfillment of hospital responsibilities and medical professionalism of young doctors. Conclusion The medical professionalism of young doctors in the public hospital was good,but there was still room for improvement in dedication. Enhancing the degree of hospital concept and responsibility is helpful to enhance the professional spirit of young doctors.
