摘  要:麻痹性贝类毒素(PSTs)由藻类产生,能够富集在贝类体内,引起人类中毒,对我国食品、饲料行业等产生极大威胁。为了得到能够降解麻痹性贝类毒素的海洋菌株,通过平板涂布筛选方法,从野生牡蛎消化腺中筛选得到3株可能具有降解N-磺酰氨甲酰基类毒素能力的菌株(命名为H-2、H-3、H-4),绘制其在0、0.301、0.750 mol·L^(-1)和15.050 mol·L^(-1) N-磺酰氨甲酰基类毒素影响下的生长曲线,分析各菌株耐毒或降解毒素的能力。结果表明:H-3号菌株能够利用、降解N-磺酰氨甲酰基类毒素;H-2、H-4号菌株具有耐N-磺酰氨甲酰基类毒素的能力。通过形态学鉴定,初步判断这3株菌为细菌,N-磺酰氨甲酰基类毒素具有使其细胞形态均一化、缩小的影响。Paralytic shellfish toxins are produced by algae and can be enriched in shellfish,causing shellfish and human poisoning,which poses a great threat to the safety of China's food and fodder industry.In order to obtain marine strains capable of degrading shellfish poison,a plate coating method was used to screen the bacteria from the digestive glands of wild oysters.Three strains(named H-2,H-3 and H-4)were screened,which might be capable of degrading N-sulfonyl carbamoyl toxoid.Three strains growth curves under the influence of 0,0.301,0.750 mol·L^(-1) and 15.050 mol·L^(-1) concentrations of N-sulfonyl carbamoyl toxins were drawn to analyze the drug resistance or toxin degradation ability of each strain.The results showed that H-3 strain could degrade N-sulfonyl carbamoyl toxins by using strains H-2 and H-4 which were resistant to N-sulfonyl carbamoyl toxins.Through morphological identification,it was preliminarily judged that the three strains were bacteria,and N-sulfonyl carbamoyl toxins had the effect of homogenizing the cell morphology and reducing the cell size.
