摘　　要：疗效缺乏精准医学的客观证明成为目前制约我国阅读疗法发展的瓶颈。文章在分析高校医学院开展阅读疗法的优势和意义的基础上,构建了以"临床实证研究和培养阅读疗法人才"为着重点的高校医学院阅读疗法实践模式和优化策略,以期为突破目前国内阅读疗法的困境提供参考和借鉴。The lack of objective evidence of accurate medicine has become the bottleneck restricting the development of bibliotherapy in China.Based on the analysis of the advantages and significance of carrying out bibliotherapy in medical schools of colleges and universities,a practice model and optimized strategy of bibliotherapy focusing on"clinical empirical research and training bibliotherapy talents"is constructed in this paper hoping to provide reference for breaking through the current difficulties of bibliotherapy in China.
