知行合一导向下法治精神融入高职学生素质养成的方法

摘　　要：涵养法治精神是培养守法公民的必备条件,也是培养合格大学生的题中之义。高职学校思政课教师要坚持以知行合一为导向,把教书与育人、真知与笃行结合起来,让法治精神系统进教材(教案)、生动进课堂、扎实进头脑,教育高职学生深刻把握法治精神的核心要义和基本内涵,引导高职学生成为法治精神的坚定信仰者和忠诚践行者,做到认真学法、严格守法、自觉护法。Cultivating the spirit of the rule of law is a prerequisite for cultivating law-abiding citizens,and it is also the meaning of cultivating qualified college students.Teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges should adhere to the orientation of the unity of knowledge and action,combine teaching with educating,true knowledge and knowledgeable,so that the spirit of the rule of law can be systematically incorporated into textbooks(teaching plans),vividly into the classroom,solidly into the mind,to educate students profoundly grasp the core essence and basic connotation of the spirit of the rule of law,and guide them to become firm believers and loyal practitioners of the spirit,and study the law conscientiously,strictly abide by the law,and consciously protect the law.
