摘　　要：情感认同是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的心理根基,而要激发并强化人们对社会主义核心价值观的情感认同,就必须建立社会主义核心价值观情感认同的行为引导机制。这是因为,建立社会主义核心价值观情感认同的行为引导机制,是化解社会主义核心价值观情感认同危机的客观要求,是缩小社会主义核心价值观情感认同差异的内在需要。同时,建立社会主义核心价值观情感认同的行为引导机制具有较高的可能性,这具体表现在以下三个方面:一是社会主义核心价值观的培育与实践载体为建立情感认同行为引导机制提供了支撑;二是社会对共同价值和行为规范体系的需要为建立情感认同行为引导机制奠定了基础;三是人民日益增长的美好生活需要为建立情感认同行为引导机制提供了加速器。在中国特色社会主义新时代,要营造正能量的社会氛围,塑造并强化人们对社会主义核心价值观的情感认同,就必须要建立包括道德回报机制、榜样示范机制与实践体验机制在内的行为引导机制。Emotional identification is the psychological foundation of cultivating and practicing socialist core values. To stimulate and strengthen people’s emotional identification of socialist core values, we must establish the behavior guidance mechanism of emotional identification of socialist core values. This is because its establishment is the objective requirement of resolving the crisis of socialist core values emotional identification and the internal need of narrowing its differences. At the same time, it is highly possible to establish the behavior guidance mechanism of emotional identification of socialist core values, which is embodied in the following three aspects: first, the cultivation and practice of socialist core values provide support for establishing emotional identification of behavior guidance mechanism;Second, the social need for common values and behavioral norms lays a foundation for its establishment;Third, people’s increasing needs for a better life provide an accelerator for its establishment. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in order to create a positive social atmosphere and shape, and strengthen people’s emotional identification with socialist core values, it is necessary to establish behavior guidance mechanisms including moral reward mechanism, example demonstration mechanism and practical experience mechanism.
