摘 要:体育活动和运动相关损伤的发生率不断上升,抗阻训练可作为预防伤害和提高青年身体素质的手段。在这些高危人群中进行抗阻训练,除提高身体素质外,还可降低68%的伤害风险,改善运动表现和健康状况。抗阻训练与自由运动和其他结构化的体育锻炼相结合,可以提供保护机制,以防止伤害,并积极促进身体素质的发展,以消除当今青少年体育活动减少和早期体育专业化的影响。The incidence of sports activities and sports-related injuries is increasing,and resistance training can be used as a means to prevent injuries and improve the physical fitness of young people. In these high-risk groups,resistance training can not only develop physical fitness,but also reduce the risk of injury by 68% and improve sports performance and health. Resistance training combined with free exercise and other structured physical exercises can provide a protective mechanism to prevent injuries and actively promote the development of physical fitness to eliminate the impact of today ’s reduction in youth sports activities and early sports specialization.
