产教融合背景下高职汽车专业学生创新创业能力培养路径探索

摘　　要：随着经济飞速发展,各行各业的竞争日益激烈,高职学生应具备一定的创新创业能力。高职教育在育人过程中,产教融合是培养高职学生创新创业的必然路径。以江阴职业技术学院汽车专业为例,对本专业学生创新创业能力培养过程进行分析。从学生、教师、企业多个层面进行问卷调查和访谈,并对结果进行分析。明确创新创业能力提升必须从政府、学校、企业三方面着手,凸显产教融合的重要性。With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly fierce competition in all walks of life,higher vocational students should have a certain degree of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the process of educating people in higher vocational education,the integration of production and education is the inevitable way to cultivate higher vocational students'innovation and entrepreneurship.The article takes Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College Automotive as an example to analyze the process of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in this major,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews from multiple levels of students,teachers,and companies,and analyzes the results.It is clear that the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities must start from the three aspects of the government,schools,and enterprises.The article highlights the importance of the integration of production and education.
