摘  要:地方本科高校是应用型创新人才培养的主阵地,对于实现“为党育人、为国育才”的战略目标具有重大意义。针对地方本科高校应用型创新人才培养面临的普遍现实困境:专业设置与区域经济社会发展的契合度不够、教师的应用研究能力与工程实践能力不强、实践教学资源相对不足、学生的自主学习能力与创新创业能力不强,构建了“导师+项目+团队”创新人才培养体系,探讨创新人才培养体系构建遵循的原则、思路方法和实施举措,核心是促进学生的主动创新学习,满足学生多元化的发展需要,为学生的一生成长成才奠基和助力,尤其深度实施“三连三通、两转两化”,提升教师的应用研究能力,拓展丰富实践育人资源。Local universities are the main positions of innovative talents training which is of great significance to achieve the strategic objectives of“cultivating talent for the Party and the State”.Applied innovative talents training in local universities faces some universal practical difficulties,namely the professional setting is not compatible with the regional economic and social development,the teacher’s applied research ability and engineering practice ability are not strong,the practical teaching resources are not enough and the students’independent learning ability and innovation entrepreneurship ability are not strong.So,innovative talents training system of“supervisor+project+team”was proposed and constructed in this paper.Principles to follow,thinking method and implementation measures of innovative talents training system construction were analyzed.The core idea was to promote students’innovative learning and meet the diverse development needs of students to lay the foundation of the students’growth and accomplishment.“Three Links and Two Transforms”were also presented to improve teachers’applied research ability and optimize and enrich educational resources.
