产教融合背景下印刷工程专业科研选题与人才培养研究

摘　　要：产教融合是我国创新驱动发展战略在深入实施过程中,对高等教育的人才培养与产业联动所提出的新任务、新要求。印刷工程专业从学科属性上讲,虽然隶属于轻工学科,但在技术运用上交叉融合了多个学科知识,需要的人才不仅仅局限于印刷工程专业,还涉及化工、计算机和机械等其他专业。因此,印刷行业产业链能为科研选题和人才培养提供较丰富的研究方向。本文立足于印刷工程专业所处的行业特点,针对其在科研选题所存在的一些问题进行研究,分析案例,提出在产教融合背景下,应该以印刷包装行业为出发点和落脚点进行科研选题和人才培养。在整个过程中,不仅要激发学生的科研兴趣,也要让其深入了解行业,提高学生对行业的认知度。同时,参与科研的学生需要对其他基础学科的知识进行补充,以便胜任印刷包装行业相关课题的研究要求。As the in-depth implementation of China’s innovation driven development strategy,the integration of industry and education is a new task and requirement for the talent training and industrial linkage for higher education.Although the printing engineering specialty is subordinate to the light industry,it integrates the knowledge of multiple disciplines in the application of technology.The ability for talents not only limites to the printing engineering specialty,but also involves other disciplines such as chemical industry,computer and machinery.Therefore,the chain of the printing industry can provide many topics for scientific research and talent training.In this paper,some problems existing in the scientific research topic selection were studied,cases were analyzed,and idea that we should take the printing and packaging industry as the starting point and foothold for scientific research topic selection and talent training was put forward based on the integration of industry and education.In this process,we not only the students’interest should be stimulated in scientific research,but also let them have an in-depth understanding of the industry and improve students’awareness of the industry.At the same time,students participating in scientific research need to learn more the knowledge of other various basic disciplines in order to be competent in the research of related topics in the printing and packaging industry.
