摘　　要：在产业发展新形态背景下,印刷包装企业形成了全新的业务模式,给高等职业院校印刷包装类专业的转型升级带来机遇和挑战。本文基于高职人才培养现存问题的剖析,提出高职印刷包装类专业“两融合、三交叉、多通道”人才培养模式。详细阐述了所在学院对该人才培养模式的探索与实践,并通过专业建设实效论证了该人才培养模式全方位、多层次地增强了高职印刷包装类专业的职业技术教育适应性。Under the background of the new industrial form,printing and packaging enterprises have formed a new business model,which brings opportunities and challenges to the transformation and upgrading of printing and packaging majors in higher vocational colleges.In this paper,based on the analysis of the existing problems in higher vocational talent training,the“Two Fusions,Three Cross and Multi-channel”talent training mode for printing and packaging speciality of higher vocational was proposed.The exploration and practice of the talent training mode were expounded in detail.The effectiveness of professional construction proved that the talent training mode can enhance the vocational and technical education adaptability of higher vocational printing and packaging speciality.
