摘  要:校内实训基地是深化产教融合的重要组成部分,是促进人才培养和产业需求融合的重要举措。本文以天津职业大学包装工程技术专业群实训基地建设为例,立足京津冀地区,对接包装产业发展,围绕“多通道融合递进”的人才培养模式和“基础课共享化、专业课模块化、高阶课精进化”的课程体系,统筹规划校内实训基地整体布局。在校企“四共同”的基础上,通过强化技能育人、氛围育人、双创育人的多维育人体系,提升实训成效,建设多维育人校内实训基地,以期推动包装行业高素质技术技能人才培养,促进印刷包装行业高质量发展。The campus training base is an important part of deepening the integration of industry and education,and an important measure to promote the integration of talent training and industrial demand.Taking the construction of the training base of packaging engineering technology specialty group of Tianjin Vocational Institute as an example,based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the packaging engineering technology specialty group planed the overall layout of the campus training base around the talent training mode of“multi-channel integration and progressive”and the curriculum system of“sharing of basic courses,modularization of professional courses and fine evolution of high-level courses”.Based on the college-enterprise“four commons”,the packaging engineering technology specialty group improved the effectiveness of training,and built a multi-dimensional training base in the school by strengthening the multi-dimensional education system of skill education,atmosphere education and entrepreneurship and innovation education.It will form a multi-dimensional training mode for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the packaging industry,and promote the high-quality development of the printing and packaging industry.
