摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学结合案例模拟训练在急诊创伤中心护士培训中的应用效果。方法:采取前后对照研究设计,将急诊创伤中心46例护士作为研究对象,干预时间为2019年6月至2019年12月。干预措施中,理论培训以PBL教学方式进行,技能操作培训分6组以案例模拟训练方式进行。结果:经过6个月的干预后,理论成绩比较,干预前得分(56.50±11.34)分显著低于干预后得分(90.17±10.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);操作成绩比较,干预前得分(64±4.82)分显著低于干预后得分(77±5.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士核心能力评分比较,干预前得分(112.54±25.56)分显著低于干预后得分(165.42±23.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学结合案例模拟训练对创伤中心护士进行培训,可以调动创伤护士的学习积极性,提高护士创伤救治综合能力,增强团队合作能力,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching combined with case simulation training in the training of nurses in emergency trauma center.Methods:Before and after control design was adopted in this study.46 nurses in the emergency trauma center were selected as the research objects.The intervention period is from June to December 2019.In the intervention measures,the theoretical training was conducted in PBL teaching mode,and the skill operation training was divided into 6 groups in case simulation training mode.Results:After six months of intervention.Theoretical score comparison:the score before intervention(56.50±11.34)was significantly lower than that after intervention(90.17±10.11),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation score comparison:the score before intervention(64±4.82)was significantly lower than that after intervention(77±5.51),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nurses'core competence before intervention(112.54±25.56)was significantly lower than that after intervention(165.42±23.13),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching combined with case simulation training can mobilize the learning enthusiasm of trauma nurses,improve the comprehensive ability of trauma treatment and enhance the ability of team cooperation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
