摘 要:[目的]优化水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子精油的最佳工艺。[方法]以粤北山区山苍子枝叶为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子精油,研究料液比、NaCl浓度及蒸馏时间对山苍子精油提取率的影响。[结果]确定了最佳的工艺条件:料液比1∶10(g∶mL),NaCl浓度2%,蒸馏时间2 h。在该工艺条件下,山苍子枝叶中精油的提取率为2.366%。[结论]该研究可为山苍子枝叶的综合利用提供科学依据。[Objective]To optimize the extraction process of Litsea cubeba essential oil by steam distillation.[Method]The essential oil of Litsea cubeba was extracted from the branches and leaves of Litsea cubeba picked in mountainous area of northern Guangdong Province by steam distillation.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,NaCl concentration and distillation time on the extraction rate of Litsea cubeba essential oil were studied.[Result]The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶10(g∶mL),the mass fraction of NaCl was 2%,and the distillation time was 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of essential oil from Litsea cubeba branches and leaves was 2.366%.[Conclusion]This study can provide scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of Litsea cubeba branches and leaves.
