摘  要:基于OBE理念,围绕“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”,着眼于职前教师入职需求,以观察、记录、评语、反思的“案例教学研究”的方式开展有目的、有计划的教学设计,开展“专业引领+质疑探究+创新拓展+评价反思”等实践活动,感知、体验、深思、领会实践性数学教学知识的生成过程.通过实施“案例学习+研精殚思+实践交流+经验打磨”,构建提升职前教师教学素养的策略,发展教学素养,提高就业竞争力.Based on the OBE concept,focusing on student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement,focusing on the entry needs of pre-service teachers,this paper carries out purposeful and planned teaching design in the form of Case Teaching Research of observation,record,comment and reflection,and helps to perceive,experience,reflect and understand the generation process of practical mathematics knowledge in practical activities such as professional guidance,questioning exploration,innovation development,evaluation and reflection.build Strategies to improve pre-service teachers'teaching literacy is established to develop teaching literacy and improve employment competitiveness through the implementation of case study,research reflection,practical exchange,experience polishing.
