论前景化视角下语义偏离现象及其翻译处理--以海思《致员工的一封信》英译本为例

摘　　要：华为海思发布的《致员工的一封信》是华为对美国政府的制裁作出的回应。文中的部分词和句因使用修辞手法而具有明显的语义偏离现象,并由此在文中构成前景化内容。译本总体采用归化手段,选词灵活地道,增强了语言的艺术审美性和译语读者阅读的流畅性。以前景化理论为视角,分析该文的语义偏离现象在翻译中的处理方式,旨在使我国民间外译的优秀成果得到更好的传播。A Letter to Staff was issued by HE Tingbo,CEO of Hisilicon on May 17th,2019,as a response to the tough sanction on Huawei imposed by US government.In this letter,there are several words and sentences that form the semantic deviation due to the using of rhetoric.Semantic deviation was purposed by Leech,the linguist,who explained it as the semantical illogicality that created a new aesthetic process which became the foregrounding content in the text.From the perspective of foregrounding theory,the studies on the translation of semantic deviation theory could help spread the excellent work translated by Chinese folk translators.
