摘　　要：目的:研究破除国家药品标准物质品种中涉及剧毒危险化学品的供应困境。方法:从《危险化学品安全管理条例》的相关规定入手,分析剧毒品标准物质服务监管工作所面临的困境并提出解决途径。结果与结论:应从源头入手,豁免障碍环节,形成立法与监管联动,彻底解决国家药品标准物质剧毒品种的供应问题。Objective: To study and solve the supply dilemma of highly toxic varieties in national drug reference materials. Methods: Starting from the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Dangerous Chemicals, the difficulties faced by the service supervision of highly toxic reference materials were analyzed and put forward solutions. Results and Conclusion: To thoroughly solve the supply of highly toxic varieties of national drug reference materials, we should start from the source, exempt the obstacle link, and form the linkage of legislation and supervision.
