摘 要:从2017年起,教育部全面启动了师范类专业认证工作。在此背景下,全国各类院校相继开展师范类专业认证工作,并根据师范类专业认证标准修订专业人才培养方案。调研以凯里学院为例,在认真研究《凯里学院英语专业人才培养方案》(2018版)的基础上,根据教育部《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》(教师[2017]3号)文件要求,对标对表,通过问卷和访谈等方式,对凯里学院在黔东南州各县(市)就职的历届英语毕业生的用人单位和毕业生本人开展调查,找出学校原有人才培养方案存在的问题,向用人单位广泛征求英语专业人才培养的意见和建议,为构建符合标准的英语专业人才培养方案提供数据参考。Due to the launch of normal professional certification by the ministry of education since 2017,all kinds of colleges and universities starts to do related work including revising undergraduate training program according to the criteria of normal professional certification.Based on the analysis of Undergraduate Training Program in English Major of Kaili University(2008 ed.)and the requirements of Implementation Measures on Normal Professional Certification in Regular Tertiary Education(Provisional Version)(Teacher[2017]No.3),the current study took Kaili University as the case study and adopted questionnaire and interview to collect the data from graduates in Kaili University and their employers in different areas of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Prefecture.According to the data analysis,the problems in the current undergraduate training program has been discovered and the opinions and suggestions from employers related to training program has been collected,which provide valuable reference for the revision of undergraduate training program.
